The design of a website, ads, and postcards for West Ashley Executive Suites

We must confess a special fondness for this client, the owner of upscale executive office suites in the west wing of an insurance company's headquarters: we have the largest office in the wing. The furnished, all-inclusive offices are perfect for independent professionals and successful small business owners like attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, and others.

To promote the offices, West Ashley Executive Suites first commissioned a direct mail piece (the postcard shown above), and then a website it advertised on the radio, in email blasts, on Craigslist, and in print ads. This project was unusual for us in that it required some quick staging; using her former real estate background, Aio Design graphic designer Nancy Bowers staged every available office in the building in less than two hours. For the West Ashley Executive Suites website, we put a priority on information. Visitors can click on photos to enlarge them, and specific pricing and amenity information is readily available a few clicks away from the home page. Visitors can also fill out a simple, four-field form to arrange a free 5-minute tour.
